Yes. While EnrollXP is designed to be easy to use, you may request our team to help design your forms and manage backend processing of received applications. Talk to us and we will be happy to assist you go paperless and streamline your enrollment process.
How is the service billed?
The service is billed monthly per institution or a group of institutions, depending on the approximate volume of forms processed. We guarantee substantially more cost-effective and efficient processing than your present system. Additional fees apply if you seek EnrollXP support to customise or design forms and wish to outsource your backend workflow. See our Pricing page for details.
Can I bill my applicants a fee for each application?
Yes. You can set up one-time or recurring billing for each application submitted. EnrollXP supports popular international and national payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay.
Who is EnrollXP for?
EnrollXP serves academic institutions (schools, colleges, universities) and business organisations that need forms-based data collection — applications, surveys, feedback, polls, registrations, fee payments and approval workflows.
Is EnrollXP cloud hosted?
Yes. EnrollXP is a cloud-hosted service on secure, scalable infrastructure. Any internet-enabled device — desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone — can be used to fill forms and access the admin panel.
What security features are included?
EnrollXP includes SSL encryption, role-based access control, optional two-factor authentication, IP restriction, data field encryption, CAPTCHA and DoS/DDoS protection. Administrators also get a searchable audit log and per-form, per-theme and per-user change history — with timezone-aware timestamps and IP tracking. Payment processing supports PCI-compliant gateways.
Does EnrollXP track who changed forms, themes or users?
Yes. A system-wide audit log records logins, settings updates and administrative actions. In addition, each form’s Form Info page shows that form’s change log; the Theme Editor includes a Theme Change Log; and each user profile has a User Change Log — all in reverse chronological order so you can see who made each change and when.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export entries to Excel, CSV and PDF. Build reports with charts and data grids. Integrate with Google Sheets for real-time sync to external spreadsheets.
